Welcome to ExecutiveFlow.io (“ExecutiveFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

● The website located at ExecutiveFlow.io and any related pages (the “Site”)

● Our consulting, implementation, mastermind, retreats, training, and done-for-you services (collectively, the “Services”)

● Our digital products, including ebooks, guides, frameworks, and online programs (the “Digital Products”)

By accessing or using the Site or any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

ExecutiveFlow is a business consulting and implementation firm that helps founders streamline operations, implement systems, and scale their companies using a combination of strategic consulting, backend implementation, and high-level support.

You may use the Site and Services only if:

1. You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
3. You use the Site and Services for business or professional purposes (not as a consumer).

By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that these conditions are met.

ExecutiveFlow provides, among other things:

● Strategic consulting & business advisory for established businesses (typically $500k+ in annual revenue).

● Implementation and done-for-you services, including but not limited to:

○ Custom funnel builds

○ CRM configuration and automation

○ Client onboarding and backend systems

○ Workflow and operations optimization

● Mastermind and group programs, including recurring calls, community access, and implementation support.

● VIP retreats and high-level experiences, including immersive strategy days and multi-day retreats in locations such as the Bahamas and Hawaii.

● Digital Products, including ebooks, guides, frameworks, and training related to operations, scaling, and smartphone-driven business systems.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

We are committed to excellence, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific business results, income, or outcomes.

Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

● Your market, offer, pricing, and positioning

● Your effort and implementation speed

● Your team, resources, and decision-making

Any testimonials or case studies on the Site or in our materials reflect individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of future performance.

Information provided through the Site, Digital Products, or Services is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we provide should be interpreted as:

● Legal advice

● Tax or accounting advice

● Financial or investment advice

● Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice

You should consult with licensed professionals before making legal, tax, financial, or health decisions.

Certain Services may require you to create an account or provide login details.

You agree to:

● Provide accurate, current, and complete information

● Maintain the security of your login credentials

● Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

7.1 General

All prices for Services and Digital Products are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is typically collected via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other platforms).

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

7.2 Programs, Masterminds & Done-for-You Services

For higher-ticket programs, masterminds, VIP retreats, and done-for-you services, payment may be:

● Paid in full upfront; or

● Paid via an approved payment plan.

By entering into a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on time. Failure to complete payment does not cancel your contract; it may result in suspension of access until payment is current.

7.3 Digital Products

Digital Products (ebooks, guides, templates, modules) are generally non-refundable due to the instant access nature of the content, unless otherwise stated in writing on the specific product checkout page.

7.4 Refund Policy

Unless a specific guarantee or refund policy is explicitly listed on a particular offer, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Where a written guarantee is provided, any request for refund must comply strictly with the conditions and timeframe described in that guarantee.

For consulting sessions, calls, or mastermind sessions:

● You are responsible for booking your own sessions within the agreed program period.

● If you need to reschedule, you must do so within the timeframe specified in your onboarding materials (e.g., at least 24–48 hours’ notice).

● Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.

For retreats or live events, separate terms may apply relating to deposits, rescheduling, and force majeure.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site and within our Services and Digital Products—including text, graphics, logos, videos, frameworks, diagrams, and training materials—is the exclusive property of ExecutiveFlow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

● Access and view the Site content

● Use the materials for your own internal business purposes only

You may not:

● Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without prior written consent

● Resell, sublicense, or share access with third parties

● Represent our intellectual property as your own

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and possible legal action.

If you submit testimonials, feedback, reviews, or other content (“User Content”) to us:

● You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content in any media, for marketing and promotional purposes, with or without your name and likeness, subject to applicable law.
● You confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

You may request removal of personally identifiable information from testimonials by contacting us at contact@executiveflow.io.

By submitting your phone number or email on our Site, forms, funnels, or during onboarding, you consent to receive:

● SMS/text messages related to:
○ Appointment confirmations and reminders
○ Program and service updates
○ Login and access information
○ Support and follow-up messages
● Email updates, onboarding information, and occasional promotional messages related to our services and Digital Products.

Message & data rates may apply. Frequency of messages will vary based on your engagement with our programs and Services.

11.1 Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time:

● For SMS: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future texts.
● For Email: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Opting out of SMS or email may limit our ability to deliver program updates or support messages.

We may use or integrate with third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to:

● CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar systems)
● Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
● Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
● Communication platforms (e.g., SMS gateways, email service providers)

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, or conduct. Your use of such third-party tools is at your own risk.

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

● Violate any local, state, national, or international law

● Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

● Transmit any harmful code, malware, or unsolicited messages

● Harass, abuse, or harm another person

● Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer Site content or systems

● Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ExecutiveFlow, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any:

● Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or

● Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, Services, or Digital Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the

three (3) months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExecutiveFlow and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

● Your use of the Site or Services
● Your violation of these Terms
● Your violation of any rights of a third party

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If not resolved, disputes may be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Virginia Beach, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Site and Services.
