General Conditions of Sale – ExecutiveFlow

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through websites owned by ExecutiveFlow. Any natural or legal person placing an order through our secure payment platform, by bank transfer, or via other accepted payment methods is considered a “client.”

Article 1a: Age Restriction

ExecutiveFlow only accepts clients:

Over 16 years old for physical and digital products (e.g., ebooks, templates).
Over 18 years old for services (e.g., coaching, workshops, strategy sessions).

Although our content is professional in nature and not offensive, we intentionally direct our services toward a mature audience capable of understanding the responsibilities tied to business and entrepreneurship.

Any subscriber or client who does not meet these age requirements will be removed from our database and fully refunded. Product returns may be requested as part of the refund process.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed through ExecutiveFlow’s platforms constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (including French VAT at 20%), excluding delivery or processing fees unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applied to your order will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, including for pre-orders.

Accepted payment methods include:

International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Card data is encrypted and protected during transmission. ExecutiveFlow bears no responsibility for issues related to the Stripe payment platform.

Article 5: Delivery

Products and services will be delivered to the email or physical address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are entered correctly, especially your email and postal code.

Risk of product loss transfers to the customer once the item leaves our facility. In the rare event of a lost product, we will either resend it or issue a refund according to your purchase protection and warranty terms.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.
